PAYMENT METHODS 

gotalk encourages customers to pay by direct debit from a bank account.  Payment methods are listed below with the relevant fees:
- Cash or cheque - no fees
- Direct Debit from a Bank Account - no fees
- Non Direct Debit fee (if you do not pay by Direct Debit) - $2.00

If you pay by Direct Debit from a Credit Card, the $2.00 (non Direct Debit) fee does not apply but processing fees do apply:
- Visa or Mastercard - 1%
- American Express or Diners - 2.5%

- BPAY - 1%
- Australia Post - $1.00

If you wish to pay by the Direct Debit method, please download and complete the Direct Debit form and return to us at gotalk administration, PO Box 452, Robina QLD 4226.

If you have chosen the Direct Debit payment method, then we will provide you with a bill (either paper or online, depending on the requirements of your plan or the method you have opted for) before debiting the amounts owed to us.

Paper Invoices
Invoices for all gotalk services are sent via email. If you wish to receive a paper bill by mail a $2.00 monthly administrative fee will be applicable.
