Switch to Direct Debit and save
- Do you pay your gotalk bill by cheque or credit card?
- Did you know that if you switch to Direct Debit you’ll avoid a $2.00 monthly processing fee?*
- Switching your payment method to direct debit certainly adds up – that’s $24 over a year!
Direct Debit – the easy way to pay your bill
- Direct Debit is the easy and convenient way to pay your phone bill.
- Setting up a Direct Debit means that your bill will automatically be paid from your bank account on the due date.
- We will still send you your phone bill each month and you have up to 14 days before the due amount is debited from your account.
Switch to Direct Debit now and avoid the $2.00 monthly fee. It’s easy to switch:
- Download the Direct Debit form and terms and conditions
- Fill out the Direct Debit form
- Please send the completed form to us at: gotalk administration, PO Box 452, Robina, QLD 4226

To download the Direct Debit form, you’ll need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You can download it from the Adobe website.
When will my Direct Debit begin?
We will send you a letter letting you know your Direct Debit start date once your Direct Debit Authority has been processed. Please continue to pay your bill in the usual way until you receive this notification.
Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions, on our Direct Debit form, before completing the form.
Direct Debit queries
If you have a query relating to your Direct Debit, please contact us on 1800 GOTALK (468 255) at least five business days before the due date shown on your phone bill. You then have two options:
- Continue with the Direct Debit payment - if necessary, we'll make a correction to your bill the following month
- Cancel the Direct Debit payment and pay the sum you believe is due to us by cheque
*Note: From 5 January 2006, gotalk introduced a fee for customers who do not pay their bills by Direct Debit. It is a charge for a payment method that costs gotalk more to process. If you currently pay by Direct Debit, this fee will not be charged.
