Open the Outlook mail Client

Click "tools" then "Email Account"

Select Add new email account, then click "next"

Select POP3 connection then click "next"

Enter the information below as Your Name and Email Address, Username and Password, and Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Servers, then click on "More Settings"

Select the "Outgoing Server" Tab then "Tick" My Outgoing Server (smtp) requires authentication. Then Press "Ok" then click "next"

Click "Finish" to finish running the wizard
